She leads the administrative area and with her background also contributes to the firm to participate in projects that generate a positive impact in the community.

Nelyda's experience in International Development is related to organizations such as The Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland, where she worked in the donor relations department with donor countries, participated in multilateral assessments and supported the mobilization of resources for technical assistance.
She also worked at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Geneva, where she collaborated in the implementation of grants to fragile states and in the preparation and analysis of documents especially related to development issues.
She also collaborated as a project officer for a French organization (The Union) where he was the focal point for the realization of a world congress where she developed a complete program to include actors from civil society, government and companies to build a common agenda.
